About the role
We’re seeing strong demand for our API product and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive who can help us introduce it to every research platform. With a strong pipeline of partners, incredible early case studies, and proven market-fit - this is an incredible opportunity for an experienced account executive to work alongside our focused team to place our panel within every research platform. Our ideal hire will take ownership of closing qualified deals, developing relationships with partners, and build a first-rate sales process as they go.

What you’ll do:
- Use your experience working with technical businesses to engagingly communicate the value of our API product
- Prospect our target partner accounts and build relationships with key contacts
- Own and close qualified deals by deeply understanding each partner’s needs and presenting our API within that context.
- Develop strong relationships with potential partners and accelerate deals from first conversation, to pilot, to full implementation.
- Negotiate deals and manage the sales process (contracts, vendor approval, etc) end-to-end.
- Build a process to transition prospective partners from pilot to integration by working with our fulfilment and development teams
- Advocate for partner’s needs internally and work with the product team to help prioritize features that deliver most value to our partners
- Continuously share front-line insights with the marketing team that help them understand partners’ situation and motivations, to help make their campaigns more effective
Who you are:
- You are a highly motivated AE with 5+ years of success selling highly technical SaaS products.
- You have start-up experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are a learner who wants to understand the research industry inside-out, stay up-to-date with trends, and become a trusted advisor to our prospective partners
- You understand what makes a successful sales process and you want to bring this approach to your next role
- You are a strategic thinker with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- You excel at building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- You’re results-driven, you take ownership of targets, and you’re excited to have a role in contributing revenue to businesses
