Building a team starts with valuing the team. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces in 2023.

We also value sports. Not just because of the big wins and highlight-worthy plays, but because of the lasting impact sports can have: the lifelong lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring mentors; the priceless opportunities to play at the next level. Sports can change lives—that’s what we value.

Our team helps the world see sports differently through products that make it easier to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and do a lot more.

Your Role

As our Senior HRIS Analyst within our People Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the functional design and management of our core HRIS infrastructure, Workday.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be the expert. You’ll ensure system readiness and highlight further areas of efficiencies and opportunities to add value.
  • Prioritize. You’ll balance your workload while maintaining and building solutions to manage backlogs, document processes and execute on cyclical activities.
  • Be a key partner. Within the People Ops team, you’ll help everyone’s processes reflect the broader system. You’ll also play a key part for the broader organization, ensuring that we’re able to gain insights and efficiencies through integrations and reporting.

For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in London. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.

  • Experienced Workday professional. You know your way around Workday, in particular, combinations including these SKUs: HCM, Absence & Time, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting and Integrations. You’ve configured and functionally designed within the platform and you have what it takes to support a global organization. You understand the broader implications of a system of record on downline systems.
  • Knowledgeable HR practitioner. You have a strong functional understanding across various HR disciplines. You can translate business requirements into creative, scalable solutions within Workday, consulting and advising on best practices along the way.
  • Effective consulting skills. You can communicate technical information to a non-technical audience while consulting with the HR team, business and employees.
  • An optimizer. You have a knack for problem-solving and proactively sourcing opportunities for process improvement. You look for ways to not only improve the technical solution, but enhance stakeholder management.
  • Prioritization skills. You can manage multiple projects of varying complexity, while tackling everyday challenges with the highest level of support and service.

  • Experience at scale. You know what great looks like at scale and can help implement solutions to better manage our Workday instance and internal operations for supporting the platform
  • Implementation understanding. You were a key stakeholder in the launch of Workday previously or have managed the implementation of additional SKUs post go-live.
  • Tech industry experience. You have experience working in the tech space and understand the pace and rigor of the environment.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
  • Support your well-being. Depending on location, we offer medical and retirement benefits for employees—but no matter where you’re located, we have resources like our Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support your mental health.
